Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

UK Delivery

Free UK shipping is available on all Starter Bundles and on orders of £18.90 or more.

For orders below £18.90, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

All UK orders are sent using a fully tracked delivery service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at alisha@pearlandsol.co.uk and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
